About The Position

Hertrich is seeking an experienced sales professional to join the New Castle Acura team. The role focuses on building and managing customer relationships, guiding customers through vehicle purchases, and closing sales effectively and professionally. The associate will maintain current product and market knowledge and collaborate with and mentor team members. Hertrich is a third-generation, family-owned dealership group with 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and 18 brands, and has served its communities for over 50 years.

Requirements

• Proven automotive or retail sales experience.
• Ability to build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and online.
• Ability to work as part of a results-focused, supportive team.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with a good record.
