About The Position
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service-driven Seasonal Expeditor to support management and sales staff in its retail stores. The role helps retrieve products for clients and assists with the cash wrap process. It also helps maintain the store’s visual presentation and housekeeping standards, including receiving merchandise and preparing it for the selling floor, processing markdowns, removing merchandise from the floor for transfers, and replenishing products. The Expeditor may also assist with fulfillment and preparing Buy Online Pick Up In Store orders. The anticipated base salary is $18 per hour. Exact salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, and budget, and may vary by geographic location. Requirements
- Have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Work closely with coworkers to support positive store results.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with customers and coworkers.
- Be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds while merchandising the sales floor.
- Be able to use ladders or stairs.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, role comprehension, adaptability, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by assisting with products and engaging with clients.
- Assist with the cash wrap process.
- Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits.
- Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards.
- Assist with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
- Safeguard store inventory by following the company’s loss prevention program.
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
- Receive merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Process markdowns and remove merchandise from the sales floor for transfers.
- Assist with fulfillment and preparation of Buy Online Pick Up In Store orders, as needed.
