About The Position
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer-service-driven Seasonal Expeditor to support management and sales staff in retail stores. The role helps retrieve products for clients and supports the cash wrap process. It also maintains store visual and housekeeping standards, including receiving merchandise and presenting it on the selling floor, processing markdowns, removing merchandise for transfers, and replenishing products. The Expeditor may also assist with fulfillment and preparation for Buy Online Pick Up In Store orders.
Requirements
- Have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Be willing to work closely with coworkers to ensure positive store results.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with customers and coworkers.
- Be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor, and use ladders or stairs.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by assisting with products and engaging with clients.
- Assist with the cash wrap process.
- Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits.
- Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards.
- Assist with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
- Safeguard store inventory by adhering to the company’s loss prevention program.
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
- Receive merchandise and prepare it for presentation on the selling floor.
- Process markdowns.
- Assist with fulfillment and Buy Online Pick Up In Store preparation when needed.
