Chompie’s was founded in 1979 by the Borenstein Family, bringing classic family recipes from Queens, New York to Phoenix, Arizona. In 2019, JRI Hospitality welcomed Chompie’s to its family. Today, Chompie’s operates full-service restaurants with an in-house bakery. JRI Hospitality, founded in 2011, operates 80+ restaurants in 11 states, including Chompie’s, and continues to grow, creating unique career opportunities. Requirements

  • 16+ years of age
  • reliable transportation
  • available to work flexible shifts to include mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
  • Maintain professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • acquiring and maintaining a current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification

Responsibilities

  • Gains complete knowledge of all menu items including, but not limited to accompanying sides, proper plate presentations, company standards for ticket times, etc.
  • Adheres to recipes, portion control and specifications upholding Company standards for quality.
  • Complete all food tickets quickly and accurately, including To Go orders.
  • Maintains the highest quality of guest service and adheres to our high standards of health and safety regulations, including acquiring and maintaining a current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification.
  • Works collaboratively and maintains positive relationships with all coworkers and guests.
  • Be prepared for each shift on time according to scheduled shifts and maintain a regular and predictive attendance record and arrive in proper uniform maintaining a neat and kept appearance conveying a professional image for our guests.
