About The Position

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking an Exercise Specialist to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with an undergraduate degree looking to gain experience in a clinical setting before applying to PT/OT school or other medical programs. The Exercise Specialist is integral to the company, assisting patients with exercise plans and modalities, and playing a crucial role in establishing and maintaining patient relationships and driving the patient experience. Requirements

High school diploma.
Experience in a customer-facing position.
Knowledge and ability to demonstrate body mechanics, functional movement, and exercises.
Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
Proficiency with technology and computer systems (EMR, Microsoft Office Suite, etc).
Ability to multitask without being overwhelmed.
Ability to build strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication and empathy.

Responsibilities
