This position provides assessment, treatment, and education to cardiac patients and their families during rehabilitation. It involves writing exercise prescriptions to progress patients through rehabilitation. Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is a non-profit facility owned by the Greater Fairbanks Community Hospital Foundation. It is a Joint Commission-accredited facility with 152 licensed beds, serving as the primary referral center for residents of Alaska's interior. The hospital maintains a strong patient-to-nurse ratio and a culture of Shared Leadership.
