Exercise Physiologist

About The Position
Under the general direction of the Cardiology Medical Director, the Exercise Physiologist will be responsible for monitoring patients' exercise ability and adjusting daily exercise sessions to meet the physical and psychosocial aspects of care. This role also involves ensuring the maintenance of all exercise equipment and inventory, monitoring par levels of supplies, participating in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities, and contributing to the training of new staff members.
Requirements
- Graduate or currently enrolled in a Master's Program in a field related to Exercise Science or equivalent with skills and experience in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) upon hire and maintained current
- Dysrhythmia Course completion within 30 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- 6 months of recent and relevant experience
- ACLS preferred
