About The Position

The Exercise Physiologist is primarily responsible for administering cardiac stress tests, including: treadmill stress, stress echocardiograms, nuclear medicine treadmill stress, and nuclear medicine pharmacological stress. Responsible for above procedures and processing patient data with clinical judgment using a variety of information systems while facilitating clear patient education regarding their cardiac care, medications, disease process/prevention, risk factors, cardiac procedures and diet. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• National Clinical Exercise Physiologist - American College of Sports Medicine Or Upon hire: National Exercise Physiologist - American College of Sports Medicine Or Upon hire: National Certified Cardio graphic Technician
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire
