About The Position

Andrew Roby is seeking a Residential Executive Superintendent to join their Boone team. This role involves leading multiple residential construction projects, mentoring superintendents and field staff, and ensuring projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The Executive Superintendent will be the key field leader responsible for keeping projects on track, building client trust, and upholding Andrew Roby's reputation for excellence in the High Country.

Requirements

• 10+ years of residential construction experience
• 5+ years in a superintendent or senior leadership role
• Successfully managed remodels, additions, and new custom builds from start to finish
• Highly skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, engineered drawings, and project specifications
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing multiple projects at once
• Leads by example, mentoring field staff, supporting project managers, and inspiring subcontractors to meet high standards
• Communicates clearly, builds trust easily, and resolves challenges with a solutions-focused mindset
• Upholds Andrew Roby’s core values in every decision and interaction

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day field operations across multiple residential projects in Boone and surrounding areas
• Mentoring and guiding superintendents, field staff, and subcontractors to deliver top-quality work
• Ensuring all work complies with building codes, passes inspections, and meets Andrew Roby’s quality standards
• Coordinating with project managers, architects, owners, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule and budget
• Monitoring schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites
• Representing Andrew Roby as a trusted leader in the Boone community
