About The Position

We are seeking a Landscape Construction Superintendent to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves providing technical guidance to field personnel, conducting percent of completion analysis to ensure projects stay on budget, and partnering with foremen to meet material and labor needs. The Superintendent will also build relationships with clients and field personnel through weekly job walks, understand client needs, and identify cost-effective enhancements to ensure profitability. Effective communication with onsite Superintendents for project progress updates and strategizing for improved project performance are key responsibilities. Additionally, the role includes coordinating subcontracts and reviewing scope to identify potential gaps, while maintaining constant awareness of allocated project hours.

Requirements

At least 3 years of construction experience
Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Computer literacy and proficiency, including Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

Experience working in land development, landscape, and/or masonry/concrete trades
Bilingual Spanish
