About The Position

In this leadership role, you will oversee multiple residential construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring each one meets our high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. You will mentor field leaders, guide project teams, and serve as the key field representative for Andrew Roby’s craftsmanship and reputation. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in custom residential construction
  • Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, engineered drawings, and project specifications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects at once
  • Lead by example, fostering teamwork, mentorship, and accountability across field teams
  • Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and architects
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a consistent drive for excellence
  • Community-minded and take pride in representing the Andrew Roby name

  • Commercial experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple residential projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Overseeing project progress, schedules, budgets, work orders, and time data
  • Entering and maintaining job data, daily logs, change orders, photos, and schedules in the project management system
  • Conducting regular meetings with project managers, subcontractors, owners, and architects
  • Reviewing plans, pricing, and schedules with project managers during pre-construction and throughout each project
  • Ensuring all required inspections are completed and passed
  • Leading and mentoring job superintendents, carpenters, and field teams
  • Conducting safety meetings and maintaining compliance with safety protocols
  • Educating team members on proper building fundamentals and site safety practices
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects
  • Maintaining a clean, organized jobsite and a professional company vehicle
  • Participating in continued education and professional development to stay current with industry standards and safety practices
