About The Position
St. Cecilia, a Rocket Farm Restaurants location in Buckhead, serves flavors inspired by the southern coastlines of Italy, Spain, and France. The Executive Sous Chef directly oversees daily operations across all kitchen areas, including production and prep, private parties and special events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. The role ensures the culinary staff can prepare menu items to the highest standards and professionally run the kitchen when the Executive Chef is absent. The ideal candidate works calmly under pressure, builds a cohesive team, manages the culinary budget, and closely monitors labor, scheduling, and overtime to support productivity and guest satisfaction.

- Five years of progressive culinary experience preferred, including two years in a Sous Chef capacity.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all kitchen areas, including production and prep, private parties and special events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving.
- Ensure culinary staff prepare all menu items to the highest standards.
- Run the kitchen effectively and professionally in the absence of the Executive Chef.
- Manage the culinary budget.
- Monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Lead a cohesive kitchen team and remain calm under pressure.
