About The Position

Veeam is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to identify, engage, and place VP- and SVP-level talent. The role manages the full executive search lifecycle and partners with senior leadership to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies for mission-critical leadership roles. The recruiter will help build a leadership team reflecting Veeam’s values and diverse perspectives and contribute to a world-class executive recruiting experience. The position covers executive searches in the U.S. and internationally, from sourcing and assessment through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding readiness. It partners with C-level executives and senior stakeholders on role specifications and recruitment strategies, maintains executive candidate pipelines, and provides a high-touch candidate experience through the first day. The recruiter also advises hiring teams, monitors executive talent markets and compensation, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive executive recruiting experience, focused on VP- and SVP-level placements.
Demonstrated expertise managing full-cycle executive searches in a dynamic environment.
Strong collaborative communication skills and ability to build trust across diverse teams.
Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies, assessment tools, and talent mapping.
Process-oriented approach using data to develop pipeline and funnel metrics for data-driven decisions and reporting.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Experience leveraging ATS and CRM systems for executive recruiting.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-lifecycle executive searches for VP- and SVP-level positions in the U.S. and abroad, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding readiness.
Partner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to develop position specifications and targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain executive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
Assess candidates’ leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and functional proficiency.
Provide a high-touch candidate experience through timely and transparent communication.
Stay connected with new executive hires between offer acceptance and their start date, coordinating pre-start touchpoints and first-day logistics with the hiring leader’s office and People & Culture.
Advise hiring managers and interview panels on executive recruiting practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
Maintain knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence for executive talent.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
