About The Position

Town is hiring its first Brand Operations hire to help its small, senior brand team take on more work without slowing down. The role will build and improve the systems for creative requests, prioritization, project management, partner relationships, and budgets. The person will coordinate work across campaigns, launches, and ongoing creative projects; support the team in making thoughtful tradeoffs; and help creative work move from brief to completion with appropriate process and minimal overhead. The role also owns the brand budget and creative-partner operations, including forecasting, tracking spending, onboarding partners, and coordinating contracts, invoices, approvals, purchase orders, and payments. The hire will use Town and other tools, including AI, to automate repetitive work and improve creative operations as the company grows. The position is based in Town’s Financial District office in San Francisco, with in-person work four days a week.
