About The Position

Monks is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead an embedded creative production team supporting a major technology client. This is an in-person, client-facing role and the primary operational connection between client stakeholders, Monks leadership, and a distributed production team. The Executive Producer will establish clear ways of working, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality editorial and marketing content moves efficiently from intake through delivery. The role calls for strong process skills, discretion when handling sensitive work, and an interest in AI, emerging technology, and new approaches to creative production. The position leads day-to-day delivery and operations for the embedded creative program, coordinates work across local and offshore teams, and partners with creative, design, motion, editorial, and technical leads. It also tracks program capacity, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and service-level performance; develops reporting and workflow documentation; supports team onboarding; and works with AI and creative technology specialists to improve production processes responsibly. The role leads a distributed team operating across multiple locations and shifts. Availability during core client working hours and flexibility around urgent priorities are required. The role is subject to Monks’ Return to Office policy; employees within commuting distance of an office are expected to work there a set number of days per week, according to the company’s current policy.
