About The Position

The Executive Plant Leader will lead GE Vernova’s Grand Forks large-blade manufacturing facility within its Onshore Wind business. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving safe, high-quality, and efficient operations and contributing to the U.S. and global supply chain. The role calls for a transformation-focused executive able to lead in a rapid-growth environment, strengthen site culture, champion Lean methodologies, and advance operational excellence throughout the factory. The Plant Leader establishes and achieves plant goals across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost; is accountable for site financial performance, P&L execution, variable cost productivity, Opex and Capex planning, and alignment with global Sales & Operations Planning commitments; and builds an inclusive, high-performance culture across hourly and salaried teams. The leader also drives enterprise-level Lean transformation, partners with engineering, sourcing, finance, and executive project teams on product introductions and process launches, develops talent and leadership capability, and collaborates across GE Vernova’s global factory network.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent extensive executive-level manufacturing leadership experience.
At least 5 years of progressive, executive-level experience in Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain within heavy industry.
Hands-on experience driving major operational and cultural transformations using Lean principles.
Experience partnering with engineering, sourcing, finance, and board-level stakeholders to drive complex capital projects and strategic initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the credibility to build trust, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and connect with shop-floor teams and executive leadership.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
