About The Position

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to support the team at Patrick SFB, Florida. The role manages the HQ STARCOM Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) and organizational workflow emails. The manager completes required ETMS2 computer-based training, checks the system daily for applicable taskers, coordinates responses from appropriate STARCOM functions and personnel, and submits formal responses in ETMS2 by their deadlines. The role also creates ETMS2 taskers within three business days of requests from STARCOM HQ-level leadership (04-GO/civilian equivalents) and tracks them through completion.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience related to the primary responsibilities.
• Skilled with the Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2), Windows 10, and Microsoft Office.
• Must complete ETMS2 computer-based training.
• Secret security clearance.
• A BA/BS is desired; five or more years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
