Under the general direction of a manager, the Executive IT Support Engineer, End User Computing is a highly visible and service-driven role responsible for providing premium, high-touch IT support to executive leadership and their assistants. The incumbent will proactively manage technology needs for executives and their support teams by delivering personalized, timely, and professional support both onsite and remotely. This role will be physically embedded with Executive Assistants and will remain available outside standard hours to support leadership requests and offsite events. The role combines deep technical expertise with exceptional customer service and discretion, ensuring that all technology touchpoints for executive leadership are seamless, responsive, and aligned with the high standards of performance expected at the senior-most levels of the organization.
