About The Position

Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport, a 140-room property. The role manages the housekeeping and laundry departments and is responsible for maintaining service quality and the overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. The Executive Housekeeper fosters a positive, cooperative working environment between staff and management and supervises housekeeping employees in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Supervisory duties include interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints; and resolving problems. The listed pay range is $62,000–$68,000.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar industry, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
Computer knowledge, including intranet and property management systems.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving history, subject to company approval.
