Executive Housekeeper (Hotel Terra)
About The Position
The Executive Housekeeper leads the Housekeeping Department at Hotel Terra, overseeing quality assurance across guest rooms and suites, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. The role includes managing inventory and cost-control measures and leading a team of 30. Candidates must be fluent in English; bilingual ability is strongly preferred. The hotel has 132 rooms and is located in Teton Village at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The position calls for experience in a similarly sized hotel and full-service hotel experience, preferably at an upscale independent hotel. The Executive Housekeeper hires, trains, and coaches team members to support high-quality guest service, and is expected to be dependable, organized, positive, and flexible. The role also requires taking ownership of responsibilities and using manager feedback to continue developing. Employees must meet performance standards and comply with Hotel Terra & Teton Mountain Lodge policies, rules, and procedures. Duties may be modified or supplemented as needed, and employees must follow supervisory instructions and perform other duties assigned by supervisors, managers, or hotel officials.
Requirements
