About The Position

At the Best Western Plus Executive Residency in Jackson, Tennessee, guests do not just pass through. This is extended stay, so they unpack, they settle in, they stay for weeks. That means clean is not a checklist item, it is the reason they come back. We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper who takes that personally.

Requirements

• Two or more years of housekeeping leadership in a hotel setting, ideally extended stay or select service.
• Working knowledge of labor cost per occupied room and how to schedule to it.
• Ability to develop a team, not just direct one.
• Weekend availability.

• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping and laundry team.
• Build the daily board.
• Train the team.
• Keep par levels honest.
• Run deep clean rotations.
• Partner with the front desk to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Manage labor to budget.
• Maintain brand standards for audits.
• Ensure safety and proper chemical handling.
