Responsibilities
- Overseeing, guiding, and enforcing the planning, execution, and delivery of Cultural Intelligence
- Helping lead business development opportunities with brand partners
- Applying strategic rigor to the interrogation of, and inspiration for, ongoing and future brand offerings
- Critically analyzing tools, formulas, and models to identify and solve for the "real” problem
- Exhibiting a builder mentality for the betterment of the company itself
- Ensuring the quality, clarity, and accuracy of the data reported
- Identifying ways for clients to invest more in our data expertise
Requirements
- 10 years of experience translating data's potential within marketing/advertising
- Established/desired practice of informing and measuring the cultural impact of commercial work
- Demonstrated expertise in social intelligence, social media analytics, and/or media performance data
- Visionary team leader capable of building data products and department growth
- Formalized data/marketing-specific training
- Substantial grasp of social data tools
- Excellent quantitative and research skills and proven data interpretation capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as data visualization skills
- Have a curious mind and a passion for understanding what drives consumers & culture
- Deep experience with advanced analytics concepts (preferred)
- Proven ability to think creatively about data collection, manipulation and application (preferred)
- A vetted track record collaborating with strategy, media, and/or creative teams (preferred)
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (preferred)
- Leading teams in the development of developing measurement plans and campaign learning agendas (preferred)
