About The Position

The Executive Director leads all aspects of a Sunrise Senior Living community, including operations, financial performance, team engagement, resident well-being, regulatory compliance, and the resident and family experience. The role oversees care, sales, financial performance, and compliance while advancing occupancy growth, revenue strategy, and market positioning. The Executive Director manages the community’s P&L, budgeting, labor, and expenses; recruits and develops team members; and maintains relationships with residents, families, and local referral sources.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Executive Director, Administrator, or General Manager.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations, including care, sales, financial performance, and compliance.
