About The Position
As Executive Director, ProMedica Foundations, you advance ProMedica’s Mission by securing and stewarding philanthropic support for several regional hospital foundations. You champion ProMedica, facilitate relationships at the board and hospital leadership levels, and serve as liaison to volunteer committees and at external community events. You provide strategy and implementation for all facets of philanthropy, from annual fund activities to events and capital initiatives. The role is based at Steam Plant - HQ in the Development department, with 40 weekly hours and a day shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Three or more years of experience in a sophisticated development, customer service, sales, or business role; healthcare-related experience is preferred.
- Five years of experience.

- Healthcare-related experience.
- Experience using donor software such as Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce.
