About The Position

Moments Hospice is seeking an Executive Director to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a branch. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospice care and patient experiences, supporting patients and families during end-of-life journeys, and achieving clinical and operational goals. The Executive Director makes critical decisions, sets priorities, oversees compliance, and works collaboratively with company leadership. The position offers autonomy, on-call support, clear expectations, and reasonable caseloads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (required).
• Understanding of healthcare theories, concepts, and best practices, with a focus on hospice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Two to five years of hospice expertise preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and guide branch operations while ensuring exceptional patient care and optimizing team performance.
• Oversee adherence to regulations and policies.
• Make critical decisions, set priorities, and drive results aligned with clinical and operational goals.
• Develop business plans and marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulations.
• Foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment that empowers team members.
