About The Position

Asbury Ivy Gables is seeking an Executive Director to lead its senior living community and operations in Wilmington, Delaware. The role is accountable for day-to-day operations and departmental outcomes, ensuring exceptional resident care and compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The Executive Director leads and supports department heads, develops and monitors budgets and staffing plans, responds to resident and family concerns, and fosters a resident-first culture centered on dignity, wellness, and community. The position also represents the community in internal and external relationships, supports staff development and morale, and participates in strategic initiatives and community engagement.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in senior living.
Current Delaware Assistant Living Administrators License required.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and budgeting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to inspire and empower teams toward shared goals.
Passion for senior care and commitment to person-centered service.
