Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Director in assisted living or long-term care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Financial management and operational experience
- Passion for providing exceptional care and creating a positive resident experience
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction as the Executive Director of Marion Assisted Living
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest level of care and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and occupancy goals
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
- Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable culture across all departments
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the community
- Continuously improve quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
- Act as the face of Marion Assisted Living within the community
