About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking health care rockstars to join their team as an Assisted Living Administrator | Executive Director. This role is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community, achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, and supervising and developing all employees. The position ensures services provided exceed customer needs and expectations, and oversees day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
• Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
• Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
