About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our team at The Addison of Port Orange community, a 62-apartment community located in Port Orange, FL. This role is for a purpose-driven leader who thrives on creating meaningful experiences for residents, families, and team members. The community utilizes cutting-edge technology to enhance resident lives and improve operational efficiency, including SafelyYou AI video technology, Advanced EHR Technologies, Sage for call light response, and Microsoft Power BI for data management.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Must satisfy state experience requirements, including licensure or credentials to run a senior living community.
A minimum of three to five years of leadership experience required.

Nice To Haves

College credits or degree preferred.
RHA, LNHA, HFA preferred.
Experience in managing a program or community in senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the community leader responsible for financial, human resource, and operations management.
Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures related to resident care.
Supervise and assist in the provision of all resident services, including coordinating ancillary health care providers.
Oversee the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, and discipline of community team members.
Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets.
Coordinate maintenance standards for the community, resident units, common areas, and grounds.
Manage and direct all activities in accordance with state and federal regulations, and community policies.
Control income and expenses using annual budget projections within provided resources.
