About The Position

American Senior Communities is now hiring an Executive Director to lead the team at The Commons on Meridian Assisted Living. This individual will have a background of proven leadership and consistent display professionalism. Our Senior Living Division offers team members the opportunity to advance their career while working in a fast paced and rewarding environment. Requirements

• Must hold active Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA) or Residential Care Administrator license (RCA).
• Three or more years of experience in Senior Living settings.
• Proven leadership and consistent display professionalism.
• A strong understanding of the Senior Living care industry and operations.

• A Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree preferred
