As an independent subsidiary of CVS Health, Health100 operates as a technology platform company designed to scale across partners and enterprise clients. We are seeking an Executive Director, Partner Growth & Marketing to build and lead the partner growth engine for Health100. This role is responsible for defining and scaling the B2B narrative, demand generation, pipeline development, and sales enablement approach that drives partner adoption and commercial outcomes. This is a foundational leadership role reporting into the Head of Marketing for Health100. It requires a builder-operator who can define strategy, build the team and systems, and drive measurable pipeline and adoption outcomes in a fast-moving environment. The Role in Context This role is responsible for building and scaling the partner growth engine for Health100 as part of the broader platform marketing system. It will define how the platform is positioned, sold, and adopted across priority partner audiences, including employers and commercial clients, health plans and PBMs, pharmacies, pharma and life sciences companies, and digital health partners. The role operates in a startup-like environment and requires flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness.
