Avante is seeking a Director of Partner Marketing to lead their partner ecosystem strategy. This role is crucial as benefits brokers, consultants, and communications firms are Avante's primary go-to-market channel. The Director will own the partner marketing strategy end-to-end, focusing on three key areas: a tops-down approach to attract new broker and consultant firms, a bottoms-up approach to engage top producers within these firms, and an activation motion to retain existing partners through co-marketing, enablement, and campaigns. This is a General Manager role for the partner channel, responsible for driving partner-sourced pipeline and making strategic investment decisions. The Director will collaborate with various internal teams, including partner enablement, product marketing, sales, and field marketing, to execute the strategy. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is ideal for individuals with 8-12 years of B2B marketing experience, including 4-5+ years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing, with a proven track record of owning a partner marketing function. Experience in partner or channel sales with substantial marketing program management is also considered.
