About The Position

Acts is seeking an Executive Director / NHA to administer a retirement community. The role is responsible for regulatory compliance, public relations with the greater community, budget oversight, the appearance and operations of the physical plant, and the safe provision of daily services to residents in accordance with the Acts mission statement. The Nursing Home Administrator directs the daily administration of healthcare services in OakBridge Terrace and WillowBrooke Court under the authority of the Governing Board, Executive Director, and corporate personnel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment in a management position.
Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
Experience demonstrating progressively increasing supervisory and budgetary responsibilities within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator is preferred.

Responsibilities
