Executive Director/NHA
About The Position
The Executive Director/NHA is directly responsible for the complete administration of a retirement community. The role assures compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations; acts as a public relations liaison with the greater community; assumes budgetary responsibility; maintains the appearance and operations of the physical plant; and safeguards the provision of daily services to residents consistent with the Acts mission statement. The Nursing Home Administrator directs the daily administration of healthcare services in OakBridge Terrace and WillowBrooke Court under the authority of the Governing Board, Executive Director, and corporate personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment in a management position.
- Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
- Experience demonstrating progressively increasing supervisory and budgetary responsibilities within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.
