About The Position
The Gardens at West Shore is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead its skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The administrator is responsible for the facility’s overall day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering quality care, accountability, and professional growth. The role provides strategic leadership across clinical, operational, and financial functions to support the facility’s success. The position is based at The Gardens at West Shore in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and offers an annual salary of $170,000–$190,000, depending on experience. An active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
- Proven experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- At least two years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a long-term care or hospital setting.
- Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operational and business functions of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality systems, and company policies.
- Manage preparation for annual state surveys and maintain continuous survey readiness.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and fiscal accountability.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and department heads to implement effective healthcare programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Establish, implement, and enforce healthcare policies and procedures.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership and management team.
