Your Impact As the Executive Coordinator, you will serve as a key operational partner to the Chief People Officer and senior leadership team. You’ll support cross-functional initiatives, manage logistics, coordinate communication, and help track progress across multiple workstreams. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and anticipate needs will directly impact how effectively our teams execute. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that priorities across HR, Training, Recruiting, Finance, and Executive functions are aligned, visible, and progressing forward.
