The American Red Cross is seeking an Executive Coordinator to support the CEO for the American Red Cross of Massachusetts. This position is located in Dedham, MA, and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days per week in the office and the remaining days working from home. The Executive Coordinator provides complex administrative support to a department, group, or program, including preparing reports and various correspondences. The role involves administering projects, programs, and/or processes applicable to the unit, and analyzing unit operating practices to recommend revisions for improved procedures. The Executive Coordinator may also serve as an administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding administrative issues. Specific duties include calendar management, meeting management, supporting the Board of Directors, and project management. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and proactive to anticipate needs.
