As the Executive Coordinator, you will serve as a key operational partner to the Chief People Officer and senior leadership team, supporting cross-functional initiatives, managing logistics, coordinating communication, and tracking progress across multiple workstreams. Your organizational skills, clear communication, and ability to anticipate needs will directly impact the effectiveness of team execution, playing a vital role in ensuring priorities across HR, Training, Recruiting, Finance, and Executive functions are aligned, visible, and progressing forward.
