About The Position

The Good Eating Company is seeking a high-caliber Catering Executive Chef for our premier Corporate Services client, Broadcom, in Palo Alto, CA. You will oversee culinary operations across the Broadcom campus. This role offers immense creative freedom to curate and execute elevated, high-end menus for Breakfast and Lunch service, all while ensuring every dish is delivered with absolute perfection to meet the standards of Silicon Valley’s top innovators. The ideal candidate must be highly flexible and ready to accommodate diverse customer requests. We are looking for a visionary leader with a background in fine dining or high-end catering who can partner closely with the client to create memorable, world-class dining experiences in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Requirements

  • A rock-solid background in high-end kitchens and a finger on the pulse of modern food trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the authority to command a kitchen while maintaining uncompromising culinary standards.
  • A natural talent for coaching and helping others grow.
  • A genuine, infectious passion for food; thrive on experimenting with new flavors and bringing creative concepts to life.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

  • Ensure every plate meets client expectations, from recipes to top-tier food quality.
  • Lead with passion, develop and motivate the team to embrace culinary innovations and stay ahead of global food trends.
  • Maintain an inspection-ready kitchen by upholding rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
  • Leverage automated inventory and management systems to drive efficiency across the campus.
