Executive Business Manager

Arvato•Waltham, MA

About The Position

The Executive Business Manager serves as a strategic partner to the President of the Global TECH business, acting as an extension of the executive leader. The role drives strategic initiatives, ensures organizational follow-through, elevates leadership effectiveness, and creates executive-level communications for internal and external stakeholders. It combines business acumen, strong communication skills, executive presence, and operational discipline to accelerate execution across the leadership team. This is described as a high-impact leadership position, not an administrative role. The position partners closely with the President and supports the Senior Leadership Team and Leadership Team. It helps align cross-functional departments around TECH priorities, tracks business performance and strategic projects, and prepares executive materials for board, leadership, and customer discussions. The employer welcomes applicants with diverse identities, backgrounds, and personal experiences and requests a meaningful resume rather than an elaborate cover letter. Applications are accepted through the online application portal.
