About The Position
We partner with high-caliber professionals seeking to monetize their corporate acumen through an independent, leveraged business model in the leadership education and professional growth sector. In this role, you will lead consultative business development and prospective client vetting, supported by automated enterprise systems, high-ticket digital frameworks, and world-class leadership curricula. This is an independent contractor, performance-based opportunity. Many successful consultants start on a focused part-time basis alongside existing professional responsibilities before scaling their activity.
Requirements
- 8+ Years of Professional Experience: Demonstrated background in business development, corporate management, consultative sales, executive coaching, recruitment, client advisory, or L&D.
- Executive Presence: Strong interpersonal emotional intelligence with articulate, confident communication skills across Zoom and written channels.
- Self-Directed Initiative: The focus, maturity, and discipline required to run your daily agenda, follow up with prospects, and track results without micromanagement.
- Systems Adaptability: An open, coachable mindset ready to implement proven marketing funnels and consultative engagement frameworks.
- Independent Mindset: Comfort with a results-driven, performance-based earnings model that eliminates corporate income caps.
- Location: Must be legally based in the United States and eligible to contract independently.

Responsibilities
- Engage directly with prospective professionals and executives inquiring about leadership, mindset, and performance transformation programs.
- Conduct high-level discovery and qualification sessions via phone and Zoom to assess alignment, readiness, and fit.
- Lead prospective clients through structured onboarding pathways, follow-up cycles, and evaluation workflows.
- Utilize established marketing frameworks and digital lead-generation systems to expand market presence.
- Participate in ongoing global leadership trainings, collaborative strategy sessions, and continuous business development workshops.
