About The Position

M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our senior executives. This role is designed to not only provide best-in-class executive support, but also to offer exposure to client services and account management. High-performing individuals will have the opportunity to build foundational skills in client engagement, project coordination, and commercial awareness as a pathway toward future growth within the agency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in working in agency environment, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and track expenses
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and contact lists.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings (client and internal), events, and conference calls, including agendas and minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Track tasks and follow-ups to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned, including support for account and project coordination
  • Proactive new business follow-ups and reminders
  • Business affairs support- contractor onboardings, MSAs and new client forms
