The Hotel Group, an affiliate of Hotel Equities, is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant in Edmonds, WA who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—serving as a trusted partner to the CEO and CFO and helping advance strategic initiatives, culture-building efforts, property asset management, business development, and investor engagement. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong hospitality instincts and outstanding organizational precision, paired with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This role primarily supports the CEO, with additional support to the CFO on select finance and accounting priorities. This individual will serve as a connection point across our organization, helping ensure alignment between internal teams, ownership groups, and our enterprise affiliate partner. Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or commercial real estate is highly valued. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining in-office collaboration with remote work. Candidates must be based in or near Edmonds, WA. While core hours align with a standard business day, occasional evening and weekend availability is required.
