About The Position

Foulger Pratt Companies has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Head of Multifamily Acquisitions in Draper, Utah. The Executive Assistant will work directly with leadership on all aspects of executive support including calendar and schedule management, communications, travel coordination, and deal-related administrative functions. This position offers unique exposure to a fast-paced real estate acquisition and development environment. Strong organizational skills, a high degree of problem-solving ability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments are required. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Head of Multifamily Acquisitions to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and execution across all priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership; experience in a real estate, private equity, or investment environment strongly preferred.
  • Candidates should be entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a variety of teams.
  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); comfort with CRM or deal-tracking platforms a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to represent senior leadership professionally in all interactions.
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Comfort with CRM or deal-tracking platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the executive’s calendar, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts across internal teams, brokers, investors, and external partners.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact, managing high-volume correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Drafting, proofreading, and editing documents, memos, presentations, and external communications.
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Managing expense reporting and reconciliation.
  • Supporting active acquisitions by maintaining organized files, tracking timelines, and coordinating document flow across internal and external parties.
  • Preparing materials for investor meetings, investment committee presentations, and broker outreach.
  • Liaising with brokers, equity partners, lenders, and other real estate professionals on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Organizing and maintaining digital filing systems, databases, and shared drives.
  • Anticipating needs and resolving logistical challenges independently and with minimal direction.
