About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support 4 executives. Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting C‑suite executives or multiple senior leaders within a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Sound judgment and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and strategic thinking, with the ability to anticipate needs and challenges.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects.
  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars with precision, balancing competing priorities and scheduling high‑level internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the executives and internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and expense management.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of executives.
  • Maintain project plans, track progress, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and organizational impact.
  • Support the planning and execution of board meetings and executive team meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of materials for Board of Directors and executive leadership meetings.
  • Assist with special projects, conduct research, and follow up on action items to ensure companywide initiatives remain on track.
  • Handle sensitive information related to company operations, workforce, and financial matters with absolute discretion.
