About The Position

Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and internal departments, external partners, investors, physician practices, and C-level stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely, and effective communication. Provide comprehensive executive support to up to four executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation and submission of expense reports. Respond confidently and professionally to internal and external inquiries, phone calls, and office visits, demonstrating strong judgment, discretion, and a proactive, service-oriented approach. Establish, maintain, and update files, reports, databases, and operational records while managing highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion. Support administrative operations including mail review and prioritization, supply requisition and purchasing coordination, vendor services oversight, and the ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technology platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Workday)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and external partners
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment
