Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably for a CEO
• Must possess skills in Microsoft office and databases

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the smooth operation of the Executive Suite and providing coverage for Sr. Executive Assistants when necessary.
• Managing the SVP’s calendars in outlook and meeting schedules.
• Managing professional correspondence and messages.
• Ordering supplies.
• Managing facilities requests.
• Answering the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Using own initiative to draft responses as required.
• Preparing invoice payments.
• Opening and reviewing mail.
• Preparing for meetings in conference rooms which includes ordering lunches, stocking drinks, and using the AV/WebEx equipment.
