About The Position

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking an Executive Assistant. This position will be fully onsite at our Electrical Sector Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. The expected annual salary range for this role is $69,000 - $101,000 a year. This salary information is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the President of ARS, and other ARS leadership members as requested. While you will handle the more customary administrative responsibilities such as travel arrangements, calendaring, expense reports, filing, coordinating group meetings, etc., you will also be responsible for tasks such as supporting preparation of presentation materials for major cross-functional meetings. The successful candidate will prove value-added administrative support utilizing previous experience, strong problem-solving ability, balance judgement and communication skills, and is comfortable multi-tasking and juggling a number of priorities. This position will interact with Corporate, the Divisions and Functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution
  • 7+ years administrative experience working with executive level leaders.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Tech Savvy with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Supported a global team, with remote employees, dealing with ambiguity in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the calendars for President, Assemblies & Residential Solutions (ARS) group and other ARS leaders as assigned.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events (e.g. catering orders, video conference coordination, other logistics).
  • Conduct event planning (including offsites) and execution which includes co-ordination for visiting leadership, acting as host and first point of contact in the run up to, and during site visits.
  • Manage expense reports and coordinate domestic & international travel for President and other members of the ARS leadership team, as needed (including itineraries, passports, visa’s, etc.).
  • Support the preparation of presentations for major and cross-functional meetings, networking and gathering necessary data to complete the task
  • Partner and network with other administrative assistants in order to manage calendars, obtain information, and solve problems.
  • Represent ARS with trust and professionalism as a key member of the team
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with members of ARS Leadership team and senior executives at all levels of the company
  • Coordinate / support other ad-hoc business-related projects across all ARS as required
