About The Position

Patria Investments is hiring an Executive Assistant based in New York to provide proactive personal assistant and business support to senior members of its US Client and Capital Formation Group. The role is part of the PA and Business Support team and serves as a trusted coordination point for complex diaries, international travel, meeting preparation, client-ready materials, business forums, and office readiness. As Patria’s US presence expands, the Executive Assistant may support other senior leaders as required. The role also leads or coordinates business-management responsibilities, including forum logistics, Joiners / Movers / Leavers processes, DocuSign administration, third-party liaison, and office coordination. Commercial strategy, investor relationships, and fundraising remain with the Client and Capital Formation Group.
