THE POSITION: The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting organizational priorities through project coordination, data analysis, and executive-level operational support. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires a proactive professional who can contribute to strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and help translate leadership priorities into actionable plans. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable working with data, reporting, and executive-level documentation. Experience within the kidney care, dialysis, or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior executive support role, preferably supporting C-suite leadership
  • Experience in the kidney care, dialysis, or healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience working with data, reports, dashboards, or analytics tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the CEO and executive leadership in strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Managing and tracking executive-level projects and cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and accountability
  • Preparing data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to support executive decision-making
  • Managing Board of Directors documentation, including preparation and coordination of board packets, meeting materials, and related records
  • Collaborating with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure alignment with executive priorities
  • Supporting executive leadership with research, analysis, and operational insights
